After reading chapter 12, I know that several authors are best known for romanticism, but my favorite is Lord Byron. He was an English poet for one of the vivid characters in his days. He was passionate about sensual pleasure, but he was also passionate about the principles of brotherhood and liberty. With his short and unpredictable life, he established a Byronic hero, a romantic hero. I picked this hero because he has practiced periods of dissipation and creativity in his life, and he has defined himself as a man of terrible passions.
